White Blends

White Blend are a mixture of two or more white wines blended together; generally no varietal is more than 74%, keeping the winery from using the varietal name on the bottle.

Reds

Red wines are generally dry and go well with such main-course dishes as red meat and highly-seasoned foods.

Whites

White wines can be dry or sweet and should be served chilled. White wines go well with white meats, seafood, and fowl.
